As part of Talent & Business Relations, you’ll join the team that connects Talents & Culture (T&C) with the business, turning people strategy into action and business needs into smart, practical HR solutions. You’ll work hand in hand with the Performance & Recognition and Talent Development teams, backed by a strong Talent Support team, with one joint goal: driving organizational performance. As the trusted people partner for your business area, you’ll position and shape T&C procedures that work in practice. You’ll support leads in successfully leading their teams and meeting their people responsibilities with confidence. How you’ll make an impact:

• Advise leads in your assigned departments on complex people topics, including leadership, performance management, compensation, and staffing.
• Guide your leads and teams through change processes, such as organizational restructurings, with strategic advice.
• Support workforce forecasting and succession planning with informed, data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with our recruiting specialists by joining interviews and advising on hiring decisions.
• Strengthen our caring performance culture by coordinating and challenging calibrations and the performance framework around our job architecture.
• Balance lead topics and individual cases, zooming out for strategy and zooming in for day-to-day operations.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner (minimum 5 years), with advanced knowledge of German labor law for individual cases.
• A strong track record of aligning HR strategy with business goals on talent and organizational topics, building relationships with leads that are trusting enough to challenge and push back when needed.
• Strong communication skills and the credibility to represent TC across the organization, with fluency in German (C1) and English (our company language).
• A genuine learning mindset: you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow.
• A performance mindset: you set ambitious goals, adapt to shifting demands, stay calm under pressure, and have the determination and resilience to follow through, even when things are ambiguous.
• An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation: you actively explore how AI can enhance your work and are excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.
