Scale the campaigns that keep millions mentally fit
At NeuroNation, performance marketing is how we reach the people who need us — millions of users and patients building a lifelong habit of caring for their brains. As our Performance Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you'll own paid growth across mobile and web, with a clear north star: maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) while scaling our B2C and Medical brain-training products through fast, data-driven experimentation.
What you'll do
Own campaigns and ROAS
Run and scale paid growth campaigns for mobile and web user acquisition across Google App Campaigns (GAC), Apple Search Ads (ASA), native, and social
Own ROAS targets and grow spend profitably
Direct creative alongside designers and copywriters — ad copy, content, and landing pages
Experiment and learn
Run a rapid experimentation loop (we work from Sean Ellis's Hacking Growth), feeding the latest learnings into new growth experiments
Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas quickly
Analyse engagement, retention, and behavioural data to guide where you invest
Collaborate and own the product
Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM
Be your own user: know the product deeply and help safeguard its quality
Bring a growth mindset to the Growth and Product teams, always learning and sharing
