AI Motion & Video Specialist (all genders)

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Motion & Video Specialist (all genders) with a strong understanding of generative AI technologies and hands-on experience in motion design, video editing and post-production.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video and motion content by combining generative AI tools with professional post-production workflows.

You will bring new approaches into our video and motion production, test emerging AI technologies and support their integration into existing creative workflows and production pipelines.

An important part of the role is the practical research and evaluation of new AI video tools, models and workflow approaches. You will compare different solutions based on real production needs and share relevant learnings with the team.

The ideal candidate has practical experience with current AI video tools, strong visual and technical skills, and a creative mindset. This role requires close collaboration with AI Artists, Creative Teams, Producers and other stakeholders to deliver visually compelling content that meets our creative and quality standards.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Create high-quality video and motion content using generative AI technologies as well as professional video and post-production tools.

• Work hands-on with current text-to-video and image-to-video models and apply the right tools to different creative and production needs.
• Combine AI-generated content with professional workflows in After Effects, Premiere Pro and other post-production tools.
• Create animations, transitions and motion elements with a strong focus on visual quality, timing and design.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the creative development of visual concepts.
• Test new AI video tools, models and features and evaluate their practical value together with the team.
• Research new AI video workflows, pipeline approaches and technical developments, and explore how they can support existing production processes.
• Compare tools and models based on practical production criteria such as visual quality, consistency, controllability, speed and production effort.
• Support tests and proof-of-concepts for new video and motion workflows and document key findings, learnings and possible use cases.
• Develop and refine prompts and AI workflows to achieve consistent and high-quality results.
• Support the creation of reusable motion templates, workflows and production building blocks.
• Create video assets and adaptations for campaigns, platforms, social media and other digital touchpoints.
• Stay up to date with current developments and trends in AI video, motion design and generative content production.
• Share relevant learnings, best practices and tool knowledge with the team.
• Work closely with AI Artists, Creative Teams, Producers and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising visual quality.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in motion design, video editing, VFX, post-production or a comparable creative field.
• Your portfolio showcases a range of video and motion projects and ideally includes work created with generative AI.
• You have hands-on experience with current generative AI video tools and workflows.
• You have experience with text-to-video and image-to-video technologies and a good understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• You are interested in researching, comparing and testing new AI tools and workflow approaches for real production use cases.
• You have strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• You have a good understanding of motion, editing, timing, composition, camera and visual storytelling.
• You have experience with prompt development and know how to refine prompts for specific visual results.
• You are open to new tools and technologies and enjoy testing new solutions and integrating them into existing workflows.
• You have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content.
• You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
• You have good time management skills and are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ideally, you have experience in fashion, lifestyle or eCommerce and a good understanding of visual trends.
