Independently advise on data protection and IT law matters in day-to-day business, as well as on strategic and project-related topics, particularly at the intersection of IT law and e-commerce
Handle and respond to B2B customer inquiries
Support the preparation of records of data processing activities, privacy policies and data protection impact assessments, as well as the identification of legal opportunities and risks in projects and process design
Draft, review and manage company-specific contracts
Provide legal support for the development and implementation of new technology products and services, IT systems, business processes and contracts at national and international level
